Rasper(grator)

After the first step double shaft tire shredder, the rubber blocks will be processed into 10-30mm rubber mulch by rasper.

99% wire steel will be separated in this step.

It can process up to 6 tons of input per hour. The main rotor housing is equipped with replaceable wear plates to increase the durability and longevity of the cutting chamber.

Granulator

The Granulators are designed to grind the rubber mulch from the Grater into small granules as fine as 1mm. The granules are screened and re-circulated until the desired size is reached. Due to the design of the Granulator and precise alignment of the blades, the Granulator produces a very uniform cut and high quality granule.
