          This series of mixing gas ratio cabinet is specially designed for large flow, high-precision two-component or multi-component mixing gas ratio. The exterior structure adopts a cabinet type structure, which is convenient for operation and installation. The mechanical part adopts the patented products "mixed gas balance valve" and "mixed gas proportion valve" developed by Huaxin. The overall design takes up small space and has high precision. The inlet pressure and outlet pressure can be adjusted automatically. The output pressure regulation adopts high precision pressure regulating valve, which is convenient to adjust and high precision. The output port is equipped with a mixed gas buffer tank in the cabinet, so that the output pressure of the mixed gas is more stable and the matching precision is higher.

        80% argon + 20% carbon dioxide mixed gas can significantly reduce welding spatter, porosity, uniform and full weld. Improve welding quality and reduce waste of welding wire and grinding.It can also be applied to food packaging and medical neighborhood.
