Application of Sodium cyclamate

Sodium cyclamate is a non-nutritive synthetic sweetener with a sweetness 30 times that of sucrose, and the price is only one-third of that of sucrose, and it is not as bitter-flavored as saccharin, so it is an international food additive. It can be used in refreshing drinks, juices, ice cream, pastry foods and preserves.

It can also be used for home seasoning, cooking, pickles, cosmetic sweetness, syrup, sugar coating, sweet ingots, toothpaste, mouthwash, lipstick, etc.

Diabetic patients, obese people can use it instead of sugar.

1. When used in combination with water ratio of 1 to 500, there is sufficient sweetness.

2. When cyclamate is used alone, its sweetness is 10 grams equal to 500 grams (50 times) of sucrose.

3. When cyclamate is used together with sucrose, its sweetness can reach more than 80 times.
