Hummus Production Line Process
The hummus making machine commonly used processes: chickpeas peeling - cooking - hummus grinding - seasoning - vacuum degassing - cooling - a full set of filling lines, and can be measured according to the customer's actual site, realize automated production.

What is Market Advantages of Hummus?

The base ingredient is garbanzo beans – also known as chickpeas, bengal grams, Egyptian peas, and ceci beans. While it derives much of its nutritional value and signature creamy texture from garbanzo beans, the other ingredients give hummus its unique and versatile flavor.
Traditional Middle Eastern hummus is made from cooked garbanzo beans, tahini, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt.

1. Chickpea Wet Peeling Machine
The chickpeas peeling machine is unique in that it has a high peeling rate, the beans after peeling are not broken, the color is white, the surface is not brown, and the protein is invariable.
2. Chickpea Roaster Machine
If the temperature is too low, rich peanut fragrance can not be baked out and it is also a waste of time and energy; if the temperature is too high, it would make the peanut surface burnt. Tests show that roasting temperature of 150-155℃ is preferred.
3. Commercial Hummus Grinding Machine
Using steel grinder to make the first grinding; Using colloid grinder to make the second grinding, the fineness of grinding is controlled below 7um; temperature of grinding is controlled below 68C.
4. Hummus Mixing Machine
The stirring tank has the functions of heating, automatic temperature control, heat preservation, and stirring; the heat transfer is quick, the temperature difference is large, and the cleaning is convenient.
5. Hummus Filling Machine
Automatic filling machine, the finished peanut butter is packed into 50-500ml per bottle.
