1. Q: Can I get some samples?

A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check. But if no product in stock we have to charge 1.5 times of the orignal price, extra money will be refunded in the first bulk order.

2. Q : How long can I receive my sample?

A: It usually takes 25-30 days for samples. If the size in stock, we will ship your item immediately.

3. Q : What's the MOQ?

A: The MOQ is one 20'GP for one model. The colors can be mixed in one container, but the quantity should not less than 80 PCS.

4. Q : How does your factory do related quality control?

A: Quality is the top priority. We attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning of manufacturing.

5. Q : What's the delivery time?

A: Generally speaking, it will take about 50-55 days to finish order from MOQ to 40'HQ.But the extra time is according to your quantity.

6. Q : Can I push the delivery time?

A:Just like mom gives birth to a baby, the preterm child is not healthy and need you to take more care for him. We take a longer time making perfect products for you.
