1.1 If we have stocked cables, we would love to offer you 1-3PCS free samples, but you should pay for shipping cost.
1.2 If it’s custom sample. We will need some sample cost depend on the samples, also we will return the sample cost to you after you order from us.
1.3 How to pay sample cost?
We accept PayPal, alipay, western union or TT.
1.4 Sampling time.
1.4.1 If we have stocked product, the sample can be shipped out immediately.
1.4.2 If we have stocked materials, it will take s 1-2 days to finish them.
1.4.3 If it’s custom cable with new mould, it will take us 2 weeks to make new mould, and 1-2 days to make samples.
2. About mass order
2.1 Delivery date: order quantity less than 1000PCS, 3-5 working days.
2.2 1000PCS-5000PCS, 2 weeks working days.
2.3 More than 5000PCS, 3weeks or more.
3. About quality
3.1 All orders will be made depending one customers’ requirements, or we will make samples for confirmation, if customer not allow us to change something, we never do it.
3.2 If quality problem is from our factory, we will re-make it and afford all shipping cost.

3. If more than 5000USD, we are accept prepaid 30% and 70% before shipment.

One Piece in a CPE bag, 6PCS in a small box, 50boxes in a master carton.

1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
