Q: Are you a trading company or factory?
A: We are factory, founded in 1996.

Q: Where is your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Renfu Industrial Zone, Shuitou Town, Nan'an City, Fujian Province, China. You are welcome to visit our factory. It is just about 50 minutes from our factory to Xiamen International Airport. And we can pick you up in the Xiamen International Airport by car.

Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Usually we do 30% T/T as deposit and the balance 70% T/T before container loading.Other payment terms are available after negotiation.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time?
A: Depends on the goods and quantity you order, it is 3-5 days for the inventory goods, or about 10-15 days for one container upon we receive the deposit.

Q: Could you supply the free samples?
A: Sure, good samples, good start, we'd like to offer the free samples in small size for you to test our quality.

Q: How will you control the quality?
A: We have professional QC team (10 people, over 6 years experience), they check the stone piece by piece before packing. And we are welcome our customer or the third party (BV, SGS) to come to our factory to inspect the goods.
