Product Description
Vacuum distillation process is a clean metallurgy process which is widely used to separate the metal with different properties in gasification and condensation.
CHMM Noble Lead vacuum distillation furnace is to separate Lead and Bismuth from noble Lead by using the different saturated vapor pressure between metals, then to further refine the alloy to get concentrated Lead ingot and other valuable metals.

l Lead -Silver -Bismuth alloy

Process flow
The vacuum distillation furnace is designed by multi-layer for better releasing the gas. Lead bullion are melt by the melting furnace, all the gas will form into vapour and gather into the condenser, while the liquid will flow down around the tray gradually during the meantime. The unevaporate gas will be collected at the bottom of tray and the liquid alloy could be cast into ingot. The evaporate gas will be gathered after condensation to get Lead bullion.
