Description
HIGH QUALITY PP HEPA FILTER MEDIA:
Hengyong PP melt-blown filter media is made from special polypropylene resins by uniques techniques with the high temperature melt-blown non-woven technology. Our product has a higher tensile strength, higher break endurance and higher stiffness, which is critical in making mini-pleat filters, e.g. V-bank ventilation filters, air filters for automobile cabinets, filters for cacuum cleaners and various household filters
PRODUCT PERFORMANCE:
1. The product is made from hydrocarbons with innocuity, insipidity, white and light character.
2. During combustion, PP produces only CO2 and water, this little impact is on the environment compared with other plastics.
3. The electrets in PP, which enhance the capture performance of air filters, are stable.
4. PP is a fire-resistant material and may be usde to manufacture UL-2 grade filters.
5. It is as well a water repellent material thus less troublesome with microorganisms.
6. Acid and alkali resistant, with high melting point (167-174)oC and stable performance.
