High and Low Temperature Resistance Quick-setting Rubber Asphalt Waterproof Coating

 

 

Two-component spray quick-release rubber asphalt waterproof coating, A component as the main agent, by the anionic synthetic rubber emulsion and the use of special technology made of emulsified asphalt emulsion and a variety of chemical additives mixed to complete, the component is rubber continuous Phase, asphalt for the dispersed phase of the core-shell structure, the solid content is higher, low viscosity, suitable for spraying construction. The B component is a coagulant and is prepared by treating the metal salt electrolyte into the corresponding concentration of aqueous solution.

1. New and old building roof, basement, bathroom, swimming pool, pipeline, warehouse, bridge, playground, etc.
2. Substrate made of concrete, wood, glass, ceramic, cement mortar, etc.

1) Use dry cloth to clean the surface of insulator before using, then it can be operated in good weather.
2) Spray on clean and dry surface when operating, the coating thickness should be over 0.25mm, holidays should be avoided.
3) The tack free time would be about 30 minutes, and the completely cured time would be 24 hours after operation.

 Attention:

1) Do not construct under 5°C.

2) Add a certain proportion of drier  to ensure  the curing  time in low temperature.(Please ask technical support department for details.)

3) Please wear  protective clothing when you are working  in order to avoid the coating contacting skin and eye .Keep ventilate.

4) The coating must be tightly preserved if not running out.

5) Do not construct sleet and sand blown by the wind.Avoid constructing in high temperature at noon(prevent the coating bubbling and  becoming  sticky to feet).

6) The products should be  sealed  storage in  ventilated and shade place.Keep away form fire.
