Description of full automatic transformer coil winding machine

This ZXR-800 full auotmatic transformer coil winding machine is special for winding high voltage coils with automatic conductor guiding and interlaminar insulation paper applying, no manual work.

- Servo motor driving conductor guiding, high precision linear guide and ball screw

- Interlaminar insulation applying is also servo motor driving, high precision linear guide and ball screw, with auto cutting device as well.

- Automatic stop when reaching preset layers and turns

- Encoder counting turns, with power-off memory function

- FWD/RWD by double foot switches

- PLC control, touch screen operation

- Magnetic clutch controlled pay-off device with conductor reversing function
