Q1: Are you a factory?

 A: Yes, we own two factories. Both are located at No.1285  Street Fenhu District Wujiang,Suzhou.It is 30 minutes away to Hongqiao Airport. We have 4- powder- coated- lines to meet our production capability.

Q2: What is your company’s main products?

 A: Safe boxes, gun safes, hotel safes, home safes,office safes, cash boxes, mailboxes and key boxes.

Q3: How to make sure the quality is good?

 A:We have QC for each process of production. 100% is inspected for gun safe, 90% is inspected for safe box. 60% and random inspected for other metal products.

After such strict inspection, still some problem happens, how do we do?

 A:First,we co-work with our customers to find the real reason to cause the problem. If it is on our side, we will take full responsibilities.  If it is other reason or caused by our customer, we will give you a reasonable.

Q4:Can you produce the products as customer designed?

A:Yes, certainly! OEM service is our main business.

Q5: How to confirm the order with you?

A:The steps are very easy. Firstly, inform us the item number or products pictures or the size you want,then the quotation will be given as soon as possible. Payment terms, lead time and other items would be negotiated followed, after that the order can be confirmed completely to go ahead to production.

Q6: What’s your Payment Terms?

A:The most common payment terms is : 30% T/T deposit when order confirmed, 70% balance payment within 10 days after see BL copy. Small amount for sample order, we suggest to pay 100% in advance via trade assurance, so it can save the unnecessary bank charge for both of us. T/T,West union, L/C are accepted.

Q7: How long does it take to make samples?

A: Normally for samples 3-15 days after receiving deposit. And it is also depends on each requirements. Samples are dispatched by DHL,UPS,EMS,TNT etc express.
