A1: Stainless Steel.

Q2: Can we change some spare parts for better quality?
A2: The spare parts of common deck oven are very stable even though the oven at
lower price. If the regional electric power supply is not stable, it can be replace by
the Schneider contactor. It is imported from France. We always used in luxury deck
oven.

Q3: By comparison, heating elements and heaters, which is better?
A3: For now, we apply heaters instead of heating elements, the reason is that
heaters are convenient and simple for maintenance. If one part of heating elements
is broken,you need to replace all of them. But for heater, you just replace the broken
one.

Q4: Comparing with your standard and Luxury deck oven, what is the advantage of
this kind of ovens except the price?
A4: The cost of maintenance is lower than luxury oven. The price of spare parts are
lower than luxury oven.
