Knitted Wire Mesh is always clean and degreased.

Packing is in sturdy cardboard cartons approximately 55 pounds in weight for easy handling and shipping to you.

Available in flattened tubes or crimped from 6” to 42”. Rolled up on cardboard tubes for east pay out.

Description:

Knitted wire in various diameters of wire that are knitted into a tubular form and then flattened into continuous llengths which are then rolled up for packaging. The standard knit Insulation Mesh is 8 stitches per inch of width and 6-8 courses per inch of length.

Construction:

• 0.011 and 0.0095 wire diameters are recommended for maximum strength and temperature.


• 0.008 intermediate applications requiring less frequent removal and for sewn applications.


• 0.006 used where fkexibility is the prime consideration.


• Crimped mesh, although reducing coverage, provides a slight air gap for extremely high temperature applications and also counteracts the tendency of the material to toll back when cut.

Dimensions:
knitted wire mesh comes in wire diameters of 0.006”, 0.008”, 0.0095” and 0.011”.

It is available in flattened tubes with widths of 6, 8 , 10, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 38 and 42 inches and then rolled up and packaged in cardboard boxes. Can be suplied in either a flat or a crimped (corrugated) form.

Crimped mesh yields approximately 20% less coverage.
