Q1:  Are you a manufacturer or a trade company?

A1:  We are a manufacturer which factory located in Dongguan. And specialized in producing leather products over 10 years.

Q2:  What is the  MOQ?

A2:  Our MOQ is 1000pcs. 500pcs is also acceptable, but the cost will be a little high.

Q3:  If you can do customized products?

A3:   Yes. OEM/ODM are acceptable.

Q4:   Any surface treatment is available?

A4:   Debossed, gold stamping, silver stamping, silk screen printing, heat transfer printing, embroidery, metal logo, flag tag, etc.

Q5:   What color can choose? Can do customized color? Need any extra cost?

A5:    We can provide any colors on material swatches. Can also do customized color based on Pantone Color. MOQ of customized color is 500Yards material(which can do about 1600pcs A4 file folder). No need extra cost.

Q6:   May I get a free sample? If not, what is the sample cost? And how long is  the sample leading time?

A6:    If we have sample in stock, we can provide free sample to you, but the shipping fee should be paid by your side. If not in stock, we need sample cost, the detail cost depends on your request. Sample leading time is 3--7days.

Q7:    What is your payment terms? 

A7:     By T/T. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance payment after inspection before delivery.
