Glass Cleaner IC-801

IC-801 is the special cleaner for glass substrate , It is made of metal chelating agent , organic base and several surfactant. It has good performance of cleaning, and can clear off  metallic ion, glass powder, organism, inorganic impurity, granule and handprint remained during processing.

Performance 

1. Strong ability to clean:  IC-801 includes special efficient surfactant, alcohols, amine, and so on, which can clear kinds of dirt on the surface of glass substrate completely.

2.Easy to use:   IC-801 is water-based and can dissolve easily in water according to a certain proportion.  

 3.Scientific Formula: IC-801 is designed according to the production process of glass substrate and optical glass. Slightly alkaline; no damage to optical glass coating; no phosphor, halogen and heavy metal ion like as Barium and Plumbum , and ODS; safe and environmental protection; high biodegradation.

 4.Rinsing easily: No remains after rinsing, and no effect on the following process of glass substrate and optical glass.

 

Application

Used for cleaning of ITO optical glass substrate before and after coating.

3,Temperature:50~70 degrees

4,Treatment time:3 -5min

Engineer suggestion

1.To make sure the cleaning effect, supply  IC-801 and make sure pH 12 to 13.

2. The product should not be used with other cleaner.
