Product Description


SP-MSM-130 is a low-cost compact vacuum arc melting furnace with tungsten electrode and water-cooled copper crucible. The melting temperature can be up to 3000 ° C, and then quickly cool down. Using a transparent quartz chamber (with protective cover) for 360° observation of sample melting. For sample melting, heat treatment and phase diagram research, SP-MSM-130 is a cost-effective experimental tool..

Features



1. Melting sample < 10 g (each cavity), melting temperature: up to 3000 °C.


2. Using a transparent quartz chamber (with protective cover) for 360° observation of sample melting.


3. Water-cooled copper crucible.


4. The melting gun and sealing flange are connected by flexible bellows, which makes it easy to adjust the angle of the melting gun.


5. The manipulator is mounted on the flange to facilitate the turning of the melting sample (without destroying the chamber vacuum or atmosphere)



Vacuum Gauge



1. A mechanical pressure gauge is installed on the equipment to measure the pressure in the chamber


2. Optional digital anti-corrosive pressure gauge



Argon Arc Power Source



1. Input voltage: 380VAC, three phase


2. Maximum input current: 18A. (Requires a 20A air switch)


3. Output voltage / current: 24.4 V / 360A, 40% duty cycle

Tungsten Electrode



1. Equipped with a 4mm diameter tungsten electrode, with water cooling on the gun head.


2. Angle and height of the electrode gun can be adjusted (15mm) for melting multiple samples.
