Q: Are you a factory?
• Yes,we are a professional manufacturer with more than 20 years.
Q: When we place an order, can I visit your factory to inspect goods?
•: You are warmly welcomed to have a visit.
Q: Do you accept mixed order?
•: Yes, mix 2-3 items in a 20'FCL and 3-6 items in a 40'HQ
Q: What about the price?This is most concerned matter.
•: We know that generally when a buyer wants to purchase products, he/she will address inquiry to N firms to take the lowest price, which means if a company has no advantage in price, it is less possible for it to win an order. What makes us different is that we will have analysis and discussions on product materials, delivery date and payment terms with the customers. Normally 30% advance payment is required before production.
Q: How much will the shipping charges be?
•: This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquired about shipping charges, we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the codes and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport. We will be grateful if you can spare us some minutes to help us since it will enable us to evaluate the cost based on the information provided.
Q: Will we accept the sample fee?
•: We'll charge three times the sample fee, and freight collect. The sample fee will be refunded after the order is placed.
Q:Mirrored products are fragile, how can you keep the products safe when shipping?
•: We cover protective paper for corners, cover furniture body by bubble, put it into foam box, cover it again by bubble, and put it into carton, to keep safe. We tested by heavy things to prove they are strong enough, the shipment we export to our clients confirm that our packing is strong.
Q: What about product materials?
•: We provide materials according to customers' product positioning and the consumption level of customers'
countries; when customers have target prices, we will quote at close prices accordingly.
Q: Sample making time?
•: Depending on the number and defree of difficulty, time is within 3-10 days.
Q: Generally, quite a number of domestic purchasing agents do not pay a deposit and require payment within 30-60 days after goods delivered. Do you accept this?
•: Normally we do not accept this, and instead we ask a third party to supervise the export of our products, such as ONETOUCH.
Q: What about production and delivery?
•: Generally we make arrangements according to different time of a year. In rainy season such as March and
April, the delivery date will be extended; normally it's 25-40days after sample confirmed and deposit receipt.
