The model consists of bottom template, side template diaphragm shaft, bracket joint bolt and wing nut (see the attached figure). The bottom template is made of high-strength cast iron, side formwork and partition are used. Hard carbon steel support, the bracket is fixed on the low formwork. The joint bolt is coupled to the bracket by a cylindrical pin and can be rotated by the cylindrical pin axis. When assembling, firstly place the two side stencils on the bottom stencil plane vertically, insert the shafts on the joint bolts into the slots at the two ends of the side stencil, fix them slightly, and then insert the partitions into the slots of the side stencils. Align the two side stencils, ensure that the cavity is square, and then tighten the wing nut on the shaft, tap the side of each plate with a wooden hoe, make the lower side on the same plane, and then tighten the joint bolt The upper wing nut ensures that the lower side of each plate is close to the low template plane.
