In order to combat the conductivity of the steel, the recommended procedure is to install a polyurethane foam board on the exterior of your frame. From an engineering point of view, steel framing with current technology and detailing can go up to three or four stories although most residential buildings are limited to two stories.

Either. Steel frames can be fixed to a concrete slab or fixed to a lightweight steel floor system on concrete or steel piles. Lightweight steel flooring systems are ideal for elevated or sloping sites as they can minimize foundation requirements.

7.\tWhat will be interior finishing?
The standard material used for the interior wall is gypsum boards. The plastering work to be done on-site after the house erected.

Absolutely. We are happy to help turn your dream into reality. For custom work, we ask for a refundable custom design fee that goes towards design and drafting time.
9.\tI do not have a design. Can you do it for me?
Absolutely. We have existing models for you to choose from. And take custom works as well.
10.\tWhat can I get from you?
Basically, you will get materials/kits of the house including the steel frame structure, exterior & interior wall materials, roofing materials, and installation accessories. We supply kitchen cabinet and sanitary equipment as well. We are your one-stop housing solution provider.
11.\tHow fast will be house be built?
Usually, it takes two weeks to complete a 100 sqm house with eight people, depending on the complexity of the project.
12. Can a steel-framed house be remodeled?
Yes. Since steel framing enables larger spans in the design of the home, fewer interior load-bearing walls are needed, making renovation very easy while allowing more flexibility in design.
13. Will a steel frame home rust?
No. The use of zinc coating on the steel framing protects the steel from corrosion for the life of the structure.
