Machine Details of 100kg/h Automatic Potato Chips Production Line

1.Loading elevator: used for loading the fresh potatoes
2.Washing & Peeling machine: equipped with sprays and brush rollers for washing and peeling.
3.Picking line: for picking out the bad potatoes and dealing with the dead angles, black holes etc. 
4.Elevator: loading potatoes to the cutter machine.
5.Cutter machine: cutting thickness could be customized from 1-12mm 
6.Washing machine: used to wash potato starch and protect potato from oxidation, keep its original color. 
7.Blanching machine: used to deactivate the activity of the oxidization, take off the over much starch, separate out the reducing sugar, also after blanching, it will get inner soft taste of french fries.
8.Rinsing & Cooling machine: using water cooling to lower temperature and separate potato chips from each other, so they can fry well. 
9.Dewatering machine: used to remove surface water of potato chips.
10.Frying machine: with advanced pure oil filtration system, overcomes the defects of conventional frying machines. Automatic filtration, make the oil keep clean and the products consistent. Not only improve the product quality and extend the shelf life, but also brings higher added value for the product.
11.Deoiling machine: With fans to remove surface oil of the potato chips to enhance the taste and maintain crispness
12.Picking line: used for picking defective or incomplete fried potato chips, and conveyor potato chips to next process.
13.Seasoning machine: for making potato chips of different flavors.
14.Packing machine: fully automatic, with functions of weighing, bag making, packaging, date printing.

---For semi-automatic line, machines no need installation, just connect to the power supply, then you can use them. User manual and guide videos will be offered freely.

--For full-automatic line, engineers available to provide field installation help if necessary. We are responsible to send technicians to install and test the machines, to teach the employees to use the machine.but the round trip air-tickets, accommodation, food and 100 USD/day salaries for each technician will be on the buyer’s account.
