EDM Synchronous Gear for CNC Wire Cut EDM Machine

 

 

 

 

 

Timing Pulley Gear is used by the motor of Wire Winding Drum to drive the wire winding drum to reciprocating rotation and then make the molybdenum wire move with high speed. The pulley of the motor, the circumference of wire winding drum and synchronous belt has the same teeth. They mesh mutually to ensure synchronous rotation of wire winding drum, so that the molybdenum wire can cut the work pieces with uniform motion. If it can't move with uniform speed, it will be burned out during high-frequency discharge.

 

Timing Pulley Gear is used together with timing belt(synchronous belt) in high-speed wire electric discharge machining machines.
