Description

ZX-SB series rice mill is a special equipment for rice processing. It's suitable for small rice processing plant, rice supply center, farmers in developing country.

 

     This machine is composed of feeding hopper, paddy huller, husk separator, rice mill and fan. The machine can continuously complete the processing of cleaning the paddy, hulling, winnowing and whitening. Husk, bran, blighted grains and white rice separate out of the machine.Paddy first goes into machine through vibrating sieve and magnet device, and then passes rubber-roller for hulling. After air blowing and air jetting to the milling room, the paddy finishes the process of husking and milling in succession.Then husk,chaff, runtish paddy, and white rice are pushed out of machine respectively

 

     The machine has compact structure, small volume, light weight, and convenient operation. And this machine has high hulling rate, low rate of broken rice, and low rice temperature. The rice that comes out from the machine is bright and sparkling. It is easy to operate and it is indeed a combined rice mill of a new generation.
