Industrial to fuel-air proporational valve

The fuel-air proporational vale is a kind  of reguting valve similar to proportional valve. the difference is fuel-air 

protional. the proportional valve is installed in the combustion-supporting dir duct, its output wind pressure changes with 

gas pressure

 

Application scope of fuel air proportion 

1.Compared to the traditional propotioanl valve, the TIG fuel-air proportioanl vavle has wider adjustment range, it  only 

applies to pressure system of 1:1, it's regulating ratio is (1:N)0=<N<=1, Applicable to kiln system with high reducing atmopsphere

2.TIG fuel-Air proporational  vavle applies to big-variable fast and accurate temperature control system whose proportional valve 

has no time to response, such as ceramic duct kiln, after computation, PID can rapidly control the temperature by regulating fuel flow,

meanwhile,it can compensate the engery loss caused by excessive wind in constant air volume system 

 

Charateristics of TIG fuel air proportional valve

1. The silica get membrane can resist high temperature of 400c the valve can be used in hot air combustion-supporting system

2.The reducing atmosphere is adjustable, the proportioan of fuel air can be 1:1, 1:0.9 and 1:0.67,which can ajudst the band width 

3.When modifying the constant air volume system, non interference euipment can be intalled, to effectively lower engery comsumption by

more than 10%
