6. How do you make the shipment?

We can arrange the EXPRESS or FORWARDER for you. Each delivery fee will be checked with you before arranged.

7. How long I can get the goods?

If the goods in stock, we will ship them to you within 3days.

If not in stock, we need 15-20days to prepare them.

For EXPRESS: 3-5 days to your hand after I send out,

For FORWARDER: 30 days to your hand after I send out.

8. How can I do if I do not like the scarf after received the scarf?

Pls check the scarf within 7days after you received and the scarf have not used,

if there is quality problems, we will unconditionally provide you exchange service, besides corresponding freight will be paid by our company.

If the client mention the quality problems out of 7days, your goods will not be returned.
