IE3 efficient and reliable motor

High-efficiency fully enclosed air-cooled three-phase asynchronous motor with protection class IP55, insulation class F, in line with European EFF2 standard, large starting torque, low noise, more reasonable structure, high efficiency (97%), energy saving, low vibration and reliable performance. It is easy to install and maintain. SKF bearings are used for the front and rear bearings of the motor. Grease filling ports are provided.

Host

The air host adopts the design concept of low rotor speed of the big rotor. The spindle speed is 1480 rpm, the noise is low and the vibration is small.

The two-stage air host is more energy-efficient than the single-stage air host. Under the same exhaust volume and exhaust pressure conditions, the two-stage air host consumes about 15% less energy than the single-stage ones; under the same power consumption and exhaust pressure,the two-stage air host is about 15% larger than the single-stage host.

Cooling system

The large cooler design makes the heat exchange efficiency higher, the resistance loss is smaller, the temperature control cooling fan starts and stops, realizes the constant temperature operation, thereby achieving the stable operation and energy saving effect, and makes the whole machine especially suitable for regions with different temperature difference and various kinds of different The area of the ambient temperature.

Multiple cooling fans are used to independently control the start and stop of each fan according to the system exhaust temperature, which perfectly fits the operation of the air compressor and saves electricity.

Filtering system

A new filter system is designed for the two-stage compression system. The reasonable system design is equipped with top-level three-filter to ensure long-term stability of the equipment.

Air filter: a two-stage air filter with front cyclone separation + top quality filter material.

Oil core:super large filter area + high strength metal mesh cover.

Oil filter: the most extensive filter medium, the system has small pressure drop and the shell is strong and anti-corrosive;

Pipe connection

The oil and air paths are made of metal hoses, which are beautiful and reliable.
