Easy steps to use

1. Remove a piece of plastic underneath the batteries, in battery compartment.

2. Brush your teeth

3. Heat some water to 100 centigrade and pour water in the bowl.

4. Put the mouth trays into the hot water for 15 seconds, and hold them by flap.

5. Put mouth trays into your mouth, and bite it to have a perfect mould.

6. Put the gel into the moulded area of mouth trays, and put them into your mouth.

7. Please do not cut the flap from the mouth tray.

 

8.Brush and rinse your mouth thoroughly after whitening. Use for 30 minutes to one hour daily for 10days when you feel you need to.
