Application:
It is mainly used for conveying powder and granular materials in applications with high height and long distance. The vacuum feeder is a preferred machine for automatic feeding for tablet press, capsule filler, dry type granulator, packaging machine, crusher and vibrating screen. It is widely used in such industries as medicine, chemical industry, food, etc.
Working principle:
The vacuum feeder is also called vacuum conveyor, which is a kind of dust-free closed pipe conveying equipment that conveys granular and powder materials through vacuum suction. It uses the air pressure difference between the vacuum and atmosphere to form air flow inside the pipe and drive the materials to move so as to complete the conveying of materials.

Structure composition:
The vacuum conveyor is comprised of vacuum(no oil, no water), feeding tube, PE filter, vacuum hopper, automatic control device, pneumatic discharging device and compress air device, etc..
Remark:ZKS-5, ZKS-6 is the new developed product from 2004, the characteristic is Iow power, big capacity, low noise, long using time. It is the ideal feeding equipment for the mixer.

1. The vacuum feeder adopts a quick installed structure. The parts that contact materials are made of high quality stainless steel.

4. The automatic pulse back blowing system and automatic cleaning filter ensure that the equipment can run continuously without blocking.
