1. The bottom of the drying chamber adopts an inverted conical structure. Hot air enters the drying chamber from the annular space at the bottom of the air distribution chamber in a high speed tangential direction. The closer to the space, the higher the average wind speed is, and the more difficult for the material fall into the air chamber.
2. The agitator blade adopts the assembled blade structure, which is easy to be disassembled and interchanged.
3. Set jacket between the air distribution chamber and the drying chamber to avoid the contact between the material and the hot surface of the air distribution chamber, and it's suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive materials.
4. Water-cooled structure is set on the bearing of the flash drying machine movement to ensure the continuous and normal running.
5. The main shaft seal of flash drying machine movement adopts gas seal, oil seal and packing seal to ensure that the main shaft is sealed without any leakage of materials.

Rotary flash drying machine is a kind of special energy saving drying equipment that we researched and developed independently for continuously drying paste and cake materials into powder products. After the wet materials from the previous process are added to the mixing stock bin of the feeder, the materials are evenly mixed by the agitator and quantitatively transported to the drying chamber by the auger at the bottom of the stock bin. The clean air is heated, and then enters the bottom of the inverted conical drying chamber tangentially, the crusher mechanism (movement) at the bottom of the drying chamber rotates rapidly to form a violent rotating airflow in the drying chamber. The wet materials are crushed and dried at the same time under the joint action of rotating flow and the flash drying machine movement. The dried materials are carried by air to the top of the drying chamber. The materials that do not meet the drying requirements or particle diameter will stay on the top of the drying chamber, and be settled to the bottom of the drying chamber after classified by grading ring, then crushed and dried with new materials again. Qualified products are carried out by air from the top of the drying chamber and separated by the following gas-solid separation equipment (cyclone dust collector, cloth bag dust collector, etc.). The exhaust gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
