1. What’s your MOQ?/ Could you accept small orders?

- a: For watches on our brand, 1pcs is okay.

- b: For OEM/ODM order (customize logo ect.), the MOQ normally start with 500pcs on each model’s each color.

2. Can you print our logo/website/company name on products?

Yes, we are not only producing our own brand, but also take OEM/ODM business.

3. What's the delivery time?

- a: For H-GOOD branded watches in stock , 3 to 5 days we can deliver them after you confirm and make payment ,    

- b: For OEM orders, based on how many quantities you ordered , lead time from 35 to 50 days .

4. What’s your payment term?

- For H-GOOD branded watches, as we have goods in stock, can arrange delivery within 3-7 days.

  Generally you should pay full in advance.

- For OEM orders (customize logo ect.), 30% Deposit at first, after your order prepared and you have checked, you should pay fully before delivery.

5. How about your products quality?

- a: All of H-GOOD branded watches are 3 ATM waterproof, 100% test by machine

   All H-GOOD branded watches are assembled in Japanese battery; the life time could be last at least 1 year.

   All H-GOOD branded watches must go through QC (quality control) department at least 3 times before shipping.

- b: For OEM products, we can produce according to you requirement in CE/RoHS, Nickel free, etc.

You can also find the third party to test the watches we produced if they are as your requirements or not.

6. Can I visit your factory?

- Yes, you are always welcome to our factory.

7. How about your watches waterproof ability?

- For 3ATM (30 meters water proof watch)

- Can wear it to washing hands/face, washing car, swimming, diving in shoal waters, can splash the rain.

- Cannot operation any button or crown in the water.

- Cannot contact detergents and other chemicals.

- Use clear water cleans the watch to avoid chemical residue erosion watches after contact with seawater.

- Try your best to avoid watch touch with water to protect your watch well.
