How to maintenance

Clean up cylinder wall before changing , don't allow any residue

Check whether the cylinder wall wear and tear

Note direction of chamfer, not opposite direction, otherwise the vanes will be broken quickly

Regular upkeep pump bearings filling high temperature lubricating oil

Keep air inlet filter good work performance, replaced periodically and maintenance

Size must be to measure accurately from the amount of rotor slot to the cylinder wall, please leave small gap, must consider the expansion coefficient of vanes, otherwise the vanes will be creashed from two ends.

Graphite vanes mainly based on the material, wear the cylinder if too hard, consumption quickly if too soft, size tolerance less than 0.01mm
