HI-POLY FOAM INTRODUCTION
In compliance with the need of the market, a new insole material-- HI-POLY is researched and developed by our company. The product is polymerized by dealing with the recycled foam then adding some special material with the use of the advanced equipments and technology. It has the functions of breath ability passing off moisture reducing odor and cushion absorption. (The relative functions have been authenticated by SGS, We have the REACH report ). Wearing the insole which is made of HI-POLY can create a comfortable, relaxed, dry and loose foot environment .In addition , it can reduce the occurrence of the pain to a certain extent.
HI-POLY is not only used in forming the active insoles, but also fixed in the shoes and the shoe body together. Furthermore , it can combine with many kinds of PU or other footwear materials in order to diversify the products.

Usually it is easier for us to produce the orders when order quantity more than 3000 pairs. But we are happy to supply smaller quantities for new customers to test the product for trial.

Yes, we are happy to supply small quantity samples free of charge, with customer pay for the courier cost.
3. How long it will take for samples?
For most of our product, we have existing samples. For some ones, we need to produce, usually take about 3-5 days before sending.
4. How long it will take for orders?
Start with we getting the pre-payment, the orders usually take about 15-20 days to produce for our products without fabric. . And 20-25 days for our products with fabric.
5.How can you ensure the quality inspection?
We have our profection QC team, they will inspect products not only after producing, but also during the producing. And they will make it based on BSCI, SGS, ISO9001. Before the shippment of our products, we will be able to supply you pictures of the products&cargos.
6.Do you do OEM or ODM?
