A: Yes, of course. Free for real samples, but the freight costs.

Q2. How can we get a quote?

A: Please offer the specification of the product, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc, then we will quote for you.

Q3. What format design file you want for printing?

A:AI; PDF; and with 3mm bleeding, at least 300DPI.

Q4. What's the trade term and payement term?

A:100% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, L/C, Paypal & Cash and Western Union, or others can be negociated.

Q5. What about the sample lead time?

A: It depends on the products. Normally 1 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance. Shipping is about 4-7 work days.

Q6. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?

A: DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 4 to 8 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 35 workdays by sea.
