Pulita Energy take the quality into consideration prior. The price is based on the quality level and the order quantity. We have different quality level products for buyers option and discount is available from us when the order is big.

Re: All our products we offer one year warranty or 1500 hours which comes first.

Q4. If the goods in transit damage, how to do? 
First of all, we will use stable packing, the possibility of the goods damaged during the shipping is low. If the goods is damaged during shipping and we covered the insurance, we will claim the insurance company and let them cover the loss. If there is no insurance cover, we will claim the shipping company and some times, we cover the loss of the goods for client.

Yes, there are several ways to do this. We can put the label of your logo on the products or make the silk print of your logo on the products. It is free. 

Q6. can we customize product? 
OEM and ODM are welcomed from Pulita Energy. We have rich experiences in this area. 

Q7. What's your delivery time?

Re: 7-20 work days after we get the down payment, if your order is some special engine and alternator, then the delivery time is longer.
