1 About order

   1.1: How to get a quote and start the order?

Firstly please provide your design,and tell us how many pins you want to order. You can send your artwork, design ideas or reference images via email . We will create an initial sketch or show similar images of pins to review. Once confirmed,we will send our quotation to you base on your requirements

   1.2 : What is MOQ ?

For most of our products, we have no MOQ, but quantity will directly influence the price. Surely, the larger quantity, the more favourable price.

   1.3 : How to confirm the order?

We will send you samples or samples images to you confirm ,After we receive your confirmation,we will start mass production.

    1.4: Do I need to pay for the mold again for reorder?

No, you don’t pay mold charge again for reorder.

    1.5: What file formats are accepted for images and artworks ?

It’s better that you email us file in CDR or AI formats. Otherwise, we can accept EPS.JPG, GIF, PNG, .PPT, DOC, PDF, BMP, TIFF and .PSD. Almost every format are available for us.

   2.1: What materials is for metal pins&badges?

The materials include sliver,brass,zinc alloy, iron, stainless steel, stainless iron,aluminium alloy,etc. 

  2.2: Can you manufacture different shapes ?

Any shape is available. Traditional lapel pins are circular. Now we can manufacture any shape,any size metal products.

3 About process

  3.1: What metal plating options do you offer for your products?

We offer gold, silver and copper platings standard with our orders. Also we can antique those standard finishes to give an aged look to your lapel pins. Antique finishes also help greatly when your design is mostly metal (die struck) as the darker recessed areas provide a greater contrast for text and fine lines.

4 About delivery and shipment

  4.1: How long does it take before I receive my goods?

If your goods are shipped to the Europe, North America, Asia, The typical turn around time is 12-20 working days for manufacturing. And 3-4 working days for Fedex priority service,4-7dasy for Fedex Economic Service. All other destinations' delivery times differ.

  4.2: What are express time for my order?

We are good relationship with FedEx, DHL,UPS,  TNT. And 3-4 working days for Fedex priority service,4-7days for Fedex Economic Service.

5 About payment

  5.1: What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Paypal,Trade Assurance,Western Union,T/T (Telegram Transfer), etc. 

  5.2: What is your payment terms ?

We require 30% depoist before we start the order. Small amounts below in full payments will be appreciated because of the handling fee occurs every time.

We are pleased to try our best to meet your rush delivery time,so we don't offer Rush service fee.
