1.\tTerminals: L,N are the input terminals of the operating power supply of the machine. L is the phase line(commonly known as live wire).N is the neutral wire (commonly known as the earth wire).G1,K1:the first group of the machine triggers pulse signals.G2,K2:the second group of the machine triggers pulse signals. K2 is also the input signal of load voltage feedback.
2. External parts: LOAD-load(heating equipment). FU: fuse. T2,T1,G-connect two-way silicon controlled electrode, G-controlled electrode,T2 and T1 are the main electrodes. L,N-outside power supply incoming line, L is the phase line(commonly known as live wire).N is the neutral wire (commonly known as the earth wire).

1. Connect the output, feedback, power supply, ground wire and electric furnace connection according to the wiring diagram. The load phase must be the same as the voltage regulator power supply phase (ie, in same phase), otherwise the voltage regulator will be damaged.
2. The thyristor ZKG controller withstand voltage must be more than 2.5 times of the supply voltage (eg 220V for use, ZKD withstand voltage must ≧AC600V), and its rated current must be more than 1.5 times the actual current used. To ensure thyristor ZKG temperature not exceed 70℃, thyristor ZKG should be equipped with a large enough heat sink, and in a good ventilation and heat dissipation circumstances.
3. The series fuse must be connected to the input terminal of the phase line and must not be connected to other positions.
4. Thyristor radiator, it's installation should be fully considered to prevent electric shock and short circuit between the ZKG controllers.
5. The current meter must be connected in series with the T2 terminal of the ZKG. Do not let the trigger signal flow through the ammeter.
6. The trigger circuit (G1, K1 and G2,K2) signal lines of the machine connected to the thyristor. G1,K1(or G2,K2) should be twisted pair or double core shielded insulated wire. It should be as short as possible and routed separately from other wires to avoid mutual interference and cause the thyristor out of control.
7. Applicable load: constant resistance heating wire, IR far infrared, UV lamp.
