Pet food comes in dry form that is sometimes referred to as 'kibble', semi-moist products and treats, all of which can be produced by extrusion methods.

Dry feed for livestock is also an extruded product, being pelletized for easy metering and delivery.

Common pet food ingredients include flour, meal, corn, meat and fats with added minerals, amino acids and vitamins. Flavor enhancers, texturing agents and preservatives can also be added to improve appearance and palatability.

This process line adopts starch, wheat flour and food addtives to produce innovative shapes pet chewing food by extrusion technology, such as strip, stick, twist, bone, core filled bar and so on. By adjusting the formulations, the extruded food can meet different needs like cleaning the teeth, chewing toy for smaller pets and adding nutrition.

Details of cooperation:

(1) Payment terms: 30% of the amount should be paid as deposit, and the balance 70% should be paid before shipment by T/T.
(2) Installation: We will send engineers to the buyer's factory for a 10-day period installation and training to the operators. All the related expenses will be on the buyer's account ( Ticket, food and accommodation ). And the installation fees is USD 80 per day.
(3) After the receipt the advanced payment, we will provide allocation chart at the buyer's request. When effect the shipment, we'll provide operation manual, etc. in English.
(4) Guarantee :We provide some spare parts for free and provide one years guarantee.
