a. SKD: means Semi Knocked Down. steel frame + carton or wooden frame + carton.
b. CKD: means Completely Knock Down, except engine, we pack all other parts in a carton, the carton made by plywood, steel strips fix fringe and corner.
Difference between SKD and CKD
One container can load more CKD than SKD.
After customer get the bikes, SKD is easy assemble, but need more freight.
CKD can save more freight, but need worker to assemble completely.
CBU also accepted
We use the iron frame to fix the goods and then use the carton packaging.
