2.Product Principle

 

Working principle: Buckets rotate around the underwater dredging wheel, scooping up the soilds in the riverbed, then the raw sand comes into the  trommel classifier with single layer or double layer screens. The trommel screen will separate the gravels, clay, water plants with needed sand. The discharge system could be divided into single-discharge, multi-conveyor belts or chute. We can discard the waste stones into the river direclty or nearby transport barge.

Based on the customer's requirements, we can use the different screen mesh to classify the sands into different grades.
