Product Description




The vertical mill produced by our company is air-swept type, widely used in the grinding of raw cement, slag, cement clinker, raw coal and other raw materials. It gathers grinding, drying and powder selecting as a whole, with high grinding efficiency and high drying capacity ( the maximum material moisture can be up to 20% ). The vertical mill adopts dynamic powder selecting device, which comes with high powder-selecting efficiency and convenient adjustment of fineness.


Raw meal vertical mill

Vertical mill is a grinding and drying equipment with mature technology and superior performance. It is widely used in cement chemical industry, coal, electric power and other departments. Working principle
The vertical mill is mainly composed of powder concentrator, grinding roller device, grinding disc device, pressurizing device, reducer, motor, shell, etc. The separator is an efficient and energy-saving powder separation device. The grinding roller is a component used to roll and crush materials. The grinding disc is fixed on the output shaft of the reducer, which is the place where the grinding roller rolls materials. The pressurization device is a component that provides grinding pressure for the grinding roller and provides sufficient pressure to the grinding roller to crush materials. After being crushed by hammer crusher, the large material becomes smaller and is sent to the storage hopper by elevator, and evenly sent to the distribution board on the steering board through vibrating feeder and inclined feeding pipe. The grinding disc is driven by a motor through a reducer. The material falls from the feed opening onto the grinding plate. The material is driven to the edge of the disc by centrifugal force and crushed into fine powder by roller. Then, the hot air of the nozzle converts the fine powder into efficient classification. The qualified powder is brought to the powder collector through air for collection, and the unqualified powder is sent back for regrinding.






Low operation cost
(1) Low energy consumption: the grinding roller is used to directly roll and grind the materials on the grinding plate, which has low energy consumption and saves 30% ~ 40% energy consumption compared with the ball milling system.

(2) Less wear: because the grinding roller is not in direct contact with the grinding disc during work, and the grinding roller and lining plate are made of high-quality materials, it has long service life and less wear.


High grinding efficiency
The grinding force can be increased by hydraulic pressurization, which can increase the output and improve the grinding efficiency; At the same time, it is also equipped with a limiter device, which only grinds the materials to prevent the accidental contact of the grinding roller and grinding ring from causing the vibration and even wear of the equipment.


Convenient maintenance

By overhauling the oil cylinder, turning over the boom and replacing the roll sleeve and lining plate, it is convenient and fast to reduce the shutdown loss and save the labor cost.
