This machine is suitable for the unit dosage of medicine, beverage, health product, food, cosmetic, perfume, pesticide, syrup, fruit paste etc. It can finish the following working process including the following:
Packing film unwinding--folding--bottle/ampoule forming--filling--sealing--final product output. We can also add the extra printing and letter or logo engraving function on the machine.
Machine features
1). High speed , high precision, and advanced motion controller. Stepless frequency control of motor speed control, servo motor to control the packing material drawing device.
2) Human machine interface, easy to operate
3)Automatic unwinding, one roll of packing material slitting. It is equipped with the double side photo electrical tracking function, the final product is beautiful and decent, which can completely meet with the high requirement of the packaging.We can do different shape of bottle according to the requirement of customer.
4) It adopts electrical peristaltic pump and mechanical piston pump, it is easy to adjust.
5) High filling precision, no dropping leakage, no foam and overflow. Different product with various viscosity , we will adopt different filling pump such as peristaltic pump, rotary valve pump etc.
6) The contact parts with material is high quality SS316L, the frame is SUS304 , it meets with the GMP requirement strictly.
7) The bottom of the bottle is flat and can stand up.
