BuMtresD uhmwpe impact bar are designed to absorb impact at the loading points of conveyor belts, where a combination of high energy absorption and low friction is needed.

The U-type design between the connection of the impact bed and impact bar get the impact bar fixed without any sliding;
Adjustable through angle design can meet field service condition that need to adjust the angles of the impact bed;
The impact bar adopted high quality natural rubber as the buffering body with excellent buffering effect;
The contact surface between the impact bar and conveyor belt adopted uhmwpe material with better self-lubrication and low friction, and won't damage the conveyor belt;
The impact bar with double slope design won't damage or scratch the edge of the conveyor belt during the belt running, suitable for two-way running conveyor belt ( a single slope impact bar is also available, but is used for one-way running conveyor belt)
Paired with SXBMD-B double layer anti-spillage rubber skirt board on both sides of the impact bed can further prevent dust spillage and avoid dust pollution;
A combined type impact bed ( impact rollers + impact bars ) is available according to customers' requirements and field working condition.
