Product Description:
     The clamping part mechanism can follow the design and opening and closing sequence of the product according to the design characteristics of the product. Plastic products are pressure-preserved and conformal, which facilitates safe and efficient production of batches, so injection molding can be a product with higher shape accuracy.

 

Features:
1. Mechanical interlock design, safe and reliable;
2. The high-end annealing treatment is applied to the tail of the plunger and the pull rod to facilitate the secondary processing of the mounting hole;
3. This clamping die assembly not only has the function of controlling the opening sequence, but also controls the clamping sequence.
 
Installation Notes:
I. The clamping clamp is a precision device. Please position it accurately and install it symmetrically. Otherwise, the clamping buckle will cause the component to break due to uneven force.
2. If it is not mounted symmetrically on the mold, it may cause a single set of clamping buckle to be stressed, and the imbalance of force will cause the clamping buckle to break.
3. The main body, the tie rod and the plunger are installed in parallel with the direction of the mold opening;
4. The clamping part parts are precisely matched. Please do not use them with other self-processing parts. The abnormality caused by this will be your responsibility;
5. The clamping assembly is precisely matched and should be installed on the precision mold base;
6. If the mold needs maintenance changes, please remove the clamping device before proceeding!
7. After the installation is completed, please slowly open the mold clamping sequence test on the mold clamping machine or injection molding machine to confirm the correctness; (It is not recommended to use the crane test, which will lead to imbalance)
