A:It depends on your quantity, usually 25-30 days after receive your deposit.

3.Do you develop any new design every year?

A: More than 50 new products are developed each year. We have our own design team and sourcing for the new products.

4.Where is the weapons made from and how does the foam sword made?
A:Our toy weapons are made in China and each piece is made by foaming machine and painted by hands using our unique production methods and processes.

5.Can you ship overseas?

A:Of course we could, we can ship them overseas.

A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.

 7.What’s the order procdure? 
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 20-25 days if we don’t have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
