WARRANTY

 

DENGFU CARBON BICYCLES LIMITED WARRANTY

Your Dengfu carbon bike products were manufactured with care. You are responsible for the assembly with your purchase materials, and for regular care and maintenance. To ensure a long service life and good durability of your carbon bike products, please only use for its intended purpose.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY

Dengfu Sports Equipment Co., Ltd ("Dengfu"),  offers the following limited warranty, to the original purchaser only.

 

Warranty items: frame and wheel.
Warranty period: 2 years (frame); 1 year (wheel).
Warranty date from: the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
Warranty option:
1) Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts as Dengfu deems appropriate.
2) Replace the product or component with a new one that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
The original of any product or component that is replaced under warranty must be returned to Dengfu and becomes the property of Dengfu.
Additional cost:
• Shipping cost: In the first year (frame) / 6 months (wheel), Dengfu bear the shipping cost both back and forth; In the next year (frame) / 6 months (wheel), customer need to bear the shipping cost both back and forth.
• Painting cost: Customer need to bear the repaint cost (if need).

 

The Dengfu limited warranty does not cover the following items, including:
• fork
• seatpost
• handlebar
• stem
• headset
• rear derailleur hanger
• tires
• brake pads

 

The Dengfu limited warranty does not cover paint damage, fading or changes in color.

The Dengfu limited warranty does not cover damage caused by crashes, misuse or neglect.
Examples of non-covered events include but are not limited to the following:
• abuse or misuse
• neglect of product (lack of care and maintenance)
• modifications (for example, engravings or lacquering)
• mounting and alteration of additional components that were not expressly approved by us or replacement of our original components by components that do not have a similar quality
• crashes
• excessive load
