1.when loading tractor ,we will delivery some normal spare part and tools for free together with tractor , including tool box .
2.When the tractor have problem in warranty ,please take picture as evidence. After make sure (the problem must not be caused by man made destructive factors), we will send the spare parts for free at once.
3.After the warranty ,the spare parts coast is paid by customer.
