Mobile seedbeds are mainly used for greenhouse seedlings, flower cultivation, etc.The moving seedbed is assembled by seedbed net, aluminum alloy frame, roller tube, cross bracing, bracket, hand wheel, adjusting calf, etc. The whole structure adopts post-hot galvanizing process. The standard height of the seedbed is 0.75m, which can be fine-tuned. The standard width is 1.7-1.8m. It can also be fixed according to the width of the greenhouse. The length can be determined according to user requirements.The mesh of the moving seedbed net is 130mm×30mm (length×width), and the wire diameter is 3mm+3mm and 3mm+4mm (the seedbed net can be customized according to the plug). Firstly, the amount of zinc on the reheated galvanizing is up to 500 g/m2, the anti-corrosion performance is high, the bearing capacity is good, and the service life is generally 20 years without rust.
Mobile seedbed features:
1. Manual drive, easy to operate and easy to move. The frame of the seedbed is made of aluminum alloy, and the steel pipe and the seedbed net of the bracket part are all hot-dip galvanized, which can be used for a long time in a humid environment.
2. It can move 300mm to the left and right, which can make the greenhouse use area reach about 80%.
3. There is a limit anti-turn device to prevent the tilt problem caused by the bias.
4: Aluminum alloy frame connecting parts and anti-flip hooks all adopt new type ABS material. The products have the advantages of high hardness, high strength and good glossiness, so as to avoid rusting when the ordinary connecting parts are used for a period of time.
5: The bracket connection adds a pull scale, which can be better fixed on the ground.
6: Effectively improve the utilization of greenhouse land, the coverage of seedbed can reach about 80% of the greenhouse area.
