     A: We are manufacture since 2004. 

2. Q: What is your tender protection process?

     A: Our process is: 1. let us know your tender basic information; 2. Revise our model numbers to yours before offering quotation list to your customer, and keep us known this special model numbers;  3. This tender information and special model numbers will be shared during our salesmen and also will be registered in our inner CRM system. In future, whoever get the inquiries from other companies, they will pass the inquires to your pointed salesman; 4. We will not give quotation to other companies until getting your guidance. 

3. Q: What panel brand you use for LCD video wall?

     A: Currently, we mainly use original Samsung or LG panels. And we also use BOE or CHIMEI panels in few cheap models. 

4. Q: What is the warranty? 

    A: The panel default warranty is one year. If you need 3 years warranty, the cost will add 15%~20%. 

5. Q: What payment method you accept? 
     A: We accept TT or west union. And you can pay 30% deposit for production, and 70% balance before shipment. 

6. Q: What's the delivery time?
     A: It depends on the order qty. 3~4 days for sample order, 5~7 days if order qty is ≤50pcs, 7~10pcs if qty is ≤ 100pcs. And over ≥100pcs, the lead time needs to be negociated.
