1, How to get a sample?
Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and make sure what sample do you need.
2, Can your factory print our brand on the product?
Our factory can print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers.Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.
3. What about the leading time?
In general, the leading time is about 7 to 15 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different order quantity will have different leading time.Thanks for your kindly cooperation in advance.
4. If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
We offer good after-sales service, once you received the product, if there
are any problems, pls inform us immediately, we sure we can deal with that perfectly.
5. What is your payment term? FOB term,TT 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment; Credit Card is also acceptable.
6. What is your delivery term? Ex-factory, FOB, CFR, CIF are acceptable.
