Q: How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?
1)Buyer send us the requests and logo information in AI or high resolution PDF format artwork. Please inform us the request logo size
2)We will send you a mockup image before we make sample.(within 24 hour after we get your artwork and detailed requests)
3) we will make PP sample after you confirmation of the mockup image and your down payment.(5~7 days)
4)We will start production after you confirm the sample.(15~45 days)

Q1. What's the standard procedures of ordering?
Answer: standard procedures of Ordering are as below,
1) Customer to send the inquiry with brief/detailed requirements to PRO DAVID
2) PRO DAVID to provide the professional detailed quotation to customers
3) Customers to confirm the price, delivery time, artwork, payment terms and etc
4) PRO DAVID to send the pro-forma invoice to customers for payment purpose
5) Customer to arrange the sample & printing mold cost or deposit to PRO DAVID
6) PRO DAVID to produce the pre-production sample as per customer's specific requirements
7) PRO DAVID to provide the photos of pre-production sample or send the real samples to customers for approval
8) Customers to confirm the pre-production samples and the offical order
9) PRO DAVID to start the mass production after getting customer's approval for pre-production sample
10) PRO DAVID to send the clear images of mass production and mass production samples to customer for reference
11) Customers to conduct the QC inspection before goods delivery to forwarder's warehouse
12) Customer to arrange the balance to PRO DAVID if inspection result is within the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level)
13) PRO DAVID to arrange the goods delivery and book the shipping space with forwarder
14) Forwarder to arrange the Customs clearance in China and load to vessel
Q2. Can you accept OEM and ODM?
Answer: Yes, OEM and ODM are welcome. We have the fully capability to customize any design, shape and size as per customers' specific requirements, including openning the new mold.
Q3. Can I request a sample?
Answer: Yes, we could provide our existed samples to customer for reference free of charge.
Q4. Can I have the customized logo printed on the product?
Answer: Yes, we could make customized logo printed as per customer's requirements. We have capability to use various different printing methods, including silk screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer printing, embroidery, laser, decal and etc. We could offer our printing solution and advice to our customer for consideration.
Q5. How can you ensure the product quality?
Answer: Before packaging and goods delivery, we will conduct the internal inspection for the products in accordance with the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008. Inspection reports are available if customers need.
